Their incredible care and attention to detail truly stood out. During Ramadan, I needed Suhoor (pre-dawn meal) at 3:30 a.m. To my surprise, a staff member personally delivered my meal to my door right on time. This level of service and consideration is truly exceptional and demonstrates their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
