CARDA, I can breathe.
When I began the CARDA program I was not doing my household chores like should due to fatigue when I did attempt them. My breathing has also improved which has been improving my stamina. Justy has coached me along the way with the attitude this is a partnership. I'm not alone. If I feel I can't push through a session, there she is, telling me, "You've got this." Best program I've ever done. I feel great.
