Energy Ombudsman Needs to Follow Up his Decisions.
My experience with the Ombudsman was great. He reached a correct decision in my favour which I agree with and gave British Gas 28 days to implement the decision. Sadly 28 Days have passed and not one single decision has been implemented by British Gas . Follow up by the Ombudsman is required to implement his decision. With follow up I would award 5 stars to the Ombudsman.
