Poor member communication

Doing what it should but member communication is poor. No update on an outage from over a week ago. After 3 months they still can't get 3 payments to add up properly. If you want updates you have to keep checking their website all the time (no option to be emailed updates). Information is still spread over their website and social media accounts.
