Not a good experience

Not a good experience. Could have taken more care during emptying the water tank. Flooding of the bathroom would have been avoided. We were left with no heating upstairs. This has been now sorted efficiently by a different company.

Very reliable and efficient service. The engineer attending our property was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to explain everything to us . Excellent service.
