8 days over 60 day refund policy due to COVID lockdowns - yet Aldi will not refund
Due to COVID lockdowns I was unable to return items within Aldi's 60 days return policy. I was only 8 days over however the Bentleigh store refused and suggested I contact head office. There is no number for head office only an online portal. There has been no communication other than return emails stating they will not refund due to their policy. Their website states supporting the community. This does not support the community.
