Made a mistake ordering the wrong sized posts. Although delivery guy wouldn't take them back with him or move them (I guess it was 3pm on a friday!), they came out 6 days later and swapped them over. Posts I wanted were not in stock so they ordered them in for me. The chap who came out a second time was lovely and a credit to the company! Everything delivered was very good quality.
