Thank you Alex for such a great purchasing experience. I was new to the electric bike world and was unsure of what bike I wanted, but with the 'help me choose' feature on the website I was able to choose the right bike for me and my lifestyle - something I wouldn't have been able to do on my own. I was then confident to choose which bike I wanted without any uncertainties. I understand that whilst the order took a slightly longer time due to the current situation, Alex was giving me updates and promptly replying to my queries throughout. A very personable company and I highly recommend! Thank you again :)
