Can’t follow their own policies
I bought a Eurostar ticket. I need to change the date (5 weeks ahead). It says I can change date for free in advance but I need to contact them. So I did. I was on chat for literally almost 3 hrs………. Still unresolved as it still needs sorting and me refunding. I’ve had to book my other ticket in the meantime as I can’t leave it pending to await them. No way of talking to someone ( unless you can telephone overseas), can’t find complaint info.
