Disappointing experience
Had high hopes based on their reputation but the service fell short of expectations. The initial consultation was promising but execution was lacking. Several deliverables were delayed and when they arrived, needed significant revisions. Customer service was responsive to complaints but shouldn't have been necessary in the first place.
