I have found Claire’s advice and responses to be thoughtful, measured and calm whilst being authoritative as to the points of law. She instilled confidence in me from the start that I was in good hands. She deserves huge credit for guiding me through a very stressful period and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone in a similar position. Furthermore the Irwin Mitchell rates are I believe very reasonable for the standard of service provided.
