Absolutely rubbish customer service
Absolutely rubbish customer service. No one bothers to call you back or respond to your emails. They do not even provide the basic services to a tenant yet expect the rent to be paid in full and on time. I’m currently renting a property with them and my only advice would be look for better agency they do not stand on any of their commitments. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating.
