I had a wonderful experience with Chris and Charlie. They called 20-30 minutes before they arrived just to give me a heads up, and they came in and assembled the sofa for me quickly and took with them the boxes and packaging that came with it. They were very pleasant and we had a nice chat about Star Wars while they were assembling. Excellent service!
