Bed bugs & Lack of caring

I am beyond annoyed right now. After being woken up at 2am with welts ALL over my body from an infestation of bedbug bites (over 40). It’s not even the bites that annoy me so much (as they are easily transferred) but the manager who refused to listen to me, didn’t even look at the evidence and condisendingly and insisting that it was mosquitos (I do not react to mosquitos but am allergic to bedbugs having had them tons in Asia but he refused to acknowledge this fact). I was moved into 4 rooms during my 3 night stay (one extra room to get me away from the infested bed), other times because they wouldn’t allow a single person in dorm so I had to move from a female to mixed and back to female due to them saying they were full (even though the extra room I was moved into on bedbug night was completely empty). I hope I have infested all 3 rooms now (first night was bedbug free) and cannot be denied as I physically found a bedbug (on my backpack) and handed it the reception on the morning of checkout (it must be bad if they are all over my bags now). I am just glad I found evidence before going to stay with a friend / stay in more hotels on this trip as I would have infested them too but now have the expense of putting my bags in storage lockers wherever I go (when I could have washed everything at Meininger as I had requested but was assured I was being paranoid - by the manager - and offered me a non alcoholic drink to appease my worries… listening to me might have been a better idea). Good luck with the infestation! The reception staff were all fantastic and tried to help but there's only so much they could do with a manager who refuses to care.
