Spoke to an absolutely lovely young lady called Madison. She was an absolute credit to the company. Friendly, professional, helpful, compassionate and went the extra mile giving me other helpful information and support in my situation currently after moving. She made the whole experience so easy and pleasant and reassuring. I struggle with sorting stuff out and she made all the difference. If everyone was like Madison, I would find these things so much easier. Absolutey brilliant people skills with a fabulous attitude and so professional whilst being so approachable and friendly.
