My complaint resolved.
I complained to the manager about a fairly serious problem I had with a hire form Swindon Car and Van and his response is worthy of leaving a review. He listened to my complaint and seemed to empathise with my concerns. He apologised for the situation and gave me a partial refund. He reassured me that the fault would be corrected for next time. Jake was respectful and treated me fairly. I believe you can only truly rate a company on how they respond when things go wrong. In this case the customer service was ‘5 star’ and a perfect example of how to resolve a customer complaint. Well done Jake, you are an asset to your company.
