If there was a zero rating that would be too high! They totally are a scam. The crystal mug I ordered was ridiculous!! It was nothing like the "mineral" mugs they showed pictures of on their website. It is a small plastic cup with a metal insert that rattles around. It only holds 6 ounces and their description said 12-15 oz. Also, their return policy said that they would send a shipping label and that was not at all honored. They said I had to send it to China and it would take a long time to get a refund, if at all. They offered a 5% credit back. Then after a few weeks it was 30%, then 50% and keep the mug. I ended up getting PayPal to get me refunded after pictures and a long time. I ordered it for a Christmas gift the first of December and they said they were in stock and I paid expedited shipping and didn't receive it until mid January. What a horrible company. Do NOT trust them.
