It tastes the way it sounds, not pleasant
It tastes the way it sounds, like dirty water. It is quite weak in flavour if you follow their dosing instructions, and very bitter. The only flavour you really get is cinnamon but it is like an earthy watery cinnamon. If you don't mind using sugar or sweetener or milk to make it drinkable, then go for it for the health benefits. But it won't replace a cup of black coffee for me. I would rather just cut down my coffee intake and drink herbal teas the rest of the day than try and make this stuff enjoyable. If you want the medicinal mushrooms there are some great companies like Great British Suppliments who do high quality mushroom capsules.
