Working as the Quality Manager has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. I truly enjoy my role, especially the opportunity to support both apprentices and trainers in their growth and development. Every day, I get to collaborate with a dedicated team of colleagues who inspire and motivate me to do my best. Training Works has been instrumental in my journey, helping me build confidence as a manager and enhancing my skills in quality assurance.
