Booking was fine no issues there, however checking in online was not good at all . Our flights going out our seats were double booked and the flight was only half full. Checking in online means you only need to drop off your baggage at a drop off point because you have you boarding passes down loaded. This was my experience both going out to Turkey and coming back. Also our return flight time changed before we before we left to start our holiday. I got a call from SunExpress to say our return flight would be an hour early which to us that was fine and I thought at that point great customer service! However when we got the return flight it was delayed and we were not given an explanation as to why. What was really annoying was the ground staff sat about on their phones and when the customers who required support where brought forward to the boarding gate the ground staff said it would be 15 minutes they then picked up their cigarettes and proceeded to go for a cigarette and left everyone bewildered as to what was going on. So there for I have only given. 2 star rating .
