Such a horrible company

Such a horrible company. I signed up to them and had service for one day and when I ported over my number I lost connection to their network. Despite contacting technical service weeks before Christmas - And is now January 8 I still do not have service. If you google this Company, you will see that they’re laying off hundreds of staff are about 20 million in the red. You can understand why Customer service is so bad. Everything is done by email and it takes days if not weeks to get a response but sometimes not. Boiler plate responses. As a consumer advocate, I would recommend that no one sign up to this company at all when this company goes bankrupt. You may lose your number or together. I won’t be able to port out.

Very poor customer service and technical support is not existent

This company must have the worst customer service ever. I have lived in the USA and Ireland and have used many phone companies but the people in the call centres try to rush you off the phone and don’t care about your issue. I already made a complaint about my wife who is a new customer and although I received some feedback when I was informed they would further follow up with me, no one bothered. Be that as it may, I moved my service trusting them this was a minor issue. I had service with them for one day and decided to port my number over on Sunday. It is now Tuesday and despite multiple calls to their tech department. Representatives telling me my issue would be fixed and or escalating me to a supervisor whose phone simply rings out for over 10 mins with no answer —— I am still left with no service. You heard correct. In 2024, I mobile company which is considered an essential utility does not care and leaves you with no network access going on 2 days. This is a horrible service and was willing to give them a change but it is true, what you pay for is what you get. If my service is not fixed by today shall return to Vodafone who are at least Reliable.
