Avoid the incompetence
Avoid, avoid at ALL cost!! Took car in for service Dec 6 at a cost of £602. Ardent Tunbridge Wells broke the oil compartment and now wants an extra £700 labour costs to fix it after BMW gave them the component they broke for free! They still have my car and can’t take it elsewhere as it’s not drivable without the oil component. Extortionists to say the least. Small claims court is the only choice left as ombudsman takes 8 weeks to resolve and I’m without a car. Ridiculous
