Disappointing 8 sleep Pod 4
We bought an 8 sleep pod 4 in late 2024. We also bought the subscription so we could have a daily rundown of our sleep quality. Within a few weeks the pod began to malfunction at night. My wife would have the temperature set and it would vary through the night. She was often too hot or too cold. I often work out of town and so my side was empty but it would still raise up as if somebody was there snoring. Then it would go back down on its own and wake my wife up. When I was at home and had a bad night's rest waking up often, the quality of sleep would be rated as excellent by this product. I finally unplugged the unit and canceled my membership and we are happy with the mattress now.
