What a nightmare !! Still unresolved …….
What a nightmare ! After waiting for 10 wks on a bookshelf which was advertised 3-5 wks delivery , the item arrived in the wrong stain . Contact was made via email and their response was that the bookshelf ordered was indeed stained as ordered in “Red Baltic” They supplied a colour chart of what they called Red Baltic but this chart was different to the colour options on the website where I ordered the bookshelf from . This is colour stain I ordered … blob:null/aff35ef5-4753-4c03-9697-44e46ceae048 … and this is what the company sent me were their colours . To me it looks like an interchangeable colour swatch depending on where they need to cover their backsides! blob:null/09feb6ac-d535-4e4e-8128-083971a7da3d Interestingly enough the lines of communication has now gone dead . Speaks volumes !! NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FURNITURE FROM THIS WEBSITE !!
