Back-bill from BG
After receiving a out of the blue back bill for thousands I was worried to say the least, having contacted the provider it was clear I was getting nowhere. After contacting the Energy Ombudsman's they helped me navigate a fair process that allowed me a voice and an opportunity to state my case, and all in all it was an amazing result. There is no doubt in my mind that without their involvement I would have been left for pay the back bill in full. So I cannot thank them enough.
