Donald Tapia made things right.
After a very disturbing and upsetting experience with a very unprofessional service representative, I was ready to call it quits with Entertainment Earth. However Donald Tapia help ease the situation and tried to do everything in is power to keep me as a customer. I was grateful for his help.
