extremely dissatisfied with customer service
I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received during a recent attempt to reschedule my flight due to a medical emergency. As a frequent traveler with Porter Airlines for the past two years, I have always appreciated the quality of the flights. However, the service I received from the customer service agent, Brianna, was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. After waiting for over an hour to speak with an agent, Brianna answered my call. I explained my situation and expressed my willingness to pay any additional fees or upgrades necessary to reschedule my flight. Unfortunately, Brianna was not only unhelpful but also dismissive. She bluntly said "NO" without any explanation or attempt to understand my situation and then hung up on me. This lack of empathy and professionalism is unacceptable, especially given my loyalty to Porter Airlines and the fact that I travel with you most weeks. I expect a higher level of compassion and accommodation, particularly in emergency situations. This experience has significantly tarnished my perception of your customer service.
