Scam second time around
Piece of advice: if you want them to do any search for you, then you need to create a new account. I used this earlier this year and it worked. It didn't give me a super earlier cancellation but it gave me one closer to home. When i failed my test the first thing i did was reactivate my account. I payed again and even emailed them to make sure they were aware this was a new booking and that they needed to search for me. Now, it has been 4 months and nothing. Like, literally NOTHING. In the meantime, I have found myself a test by logging in on the DVLA website at 6 AM and I still have to wait until January. This app becomes a scam the moment you renew your account. and there's nothing I can do because terms and conditions says I can't get my money back although I got no service whatsoever.
