Much better than any other car hire company
We originally had a booking with Omega (next door to GO) and when we showed up Omega despite emailing and confirming our booking simply cancelled. We had two kids and Omega were not interested to help so we went to GO. They were amazing from start to finish, sorted us a car during the busiest period, helped with the daily rate as it was an SUV when all we needed was a run around but that’s all they had as it was so busy. Pick up and drop off was a breeze and they really made you feel valued as a customer unlike Omega.
