Excellent support from Rebel customer service
Woke up to a broadband outage. I waited a while to see if it would resolve and when it didn’t I followed the Rebel online troubleshooting instructions. Still offline so I emailed customer support. They picked up my query and responded promptly and kept me informed of the remedial actions until my broadband had been restored. Couldn’t ask for more. Excellent.
