I received a letter in April stating my maintenance fees were delinquent. My portal showed I had paid twice (I thought the first payment didn’t go through because it was a new Bonvoy account and I didn’t have the physical card yet). I had received a refund check in January due to the double payment. They are saying that my card was also refunded though none of my statements reflect that. I have provided all statements and they still say I owe it but won’t explain why. I have paid it a third time now as I have given up on getting resolution and don’t want my credit to be negatively affected. I wish I could just get my money back and get out of this ridiculously expensive program. Prices raise well above inflation so I am certainly not saving by being a member. In fact it’s cheaper for my daughter to stay in the same places. Ridiculous. Stay away!!!
