Just don't bother with this place
I hate this company, their treatment of people is disgusting, they've certainly lost a customer who's shopped here for years. I returned a faulty hoodie on 22nd May and I STILL haven't received my refund! 4 trips to the store, 1 phone call to customer services and a PayPal dispute later I'm still here without my money, with no input or help from their end. Truly awful, they deserve to to out of business, bunch of cowboys hiding behind a big reputation.
