I first met James when I was in the final stages of our renovation, he came across as very self confident and knowledgeable. I had put our house on the market with an established agent which seemed ok at first, a steady stream of viewings but no buyers, things were getting nowhere and the agent only had one answer, keep reducing the price. I contacted James again and he suggested dressing the house, re-marketing and having some open days, he also sent me a link to his reviews on trust pilot. Upon reading them I thought this guy is either really good or he made these up himself. Needless to say we went with James and to cut a long story short the house is now sold. The reviews were not fake he really is as good as they say. James will be our first choice of estate agents in our future house dealings and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
