We used SellMyHome to sell our London flat and were really pleased with the complete service we received. Appointing SellMyHome was straightforward and painless with the terms of appointment etc all easy to read and understand. The quality of photography and the marketing materials produced were all excellent and we were invited to give our input on the appearance and content of the particulars. Booking and managing viewing appointments was very simple using the online calendar. An unexpected benefit of using such an online agent was the relatively few viewings that were required - rather than having dozens of disinterested people viewing the flat with a high street agent, we had a smaller number of viewings to manage and all of these people were well very engaged and interested having made a conscious decision to look at the property. Our agent would immediately follow up on each viewing to gather feedback for us immediately. Our agent was always communicative and quick to return calls and personally made sure that our sale went through as smoothly as possible. We initially chose SellMyHome for the obvious financial saving against using a high street agent, but in fact would not hesitate to recommend them on the quality of the service received.
