Associates are not aware or properly informed about annual sales and are constantly misinforming customers. I had spoken with an associate about how their process works, I then called in to make sure what I was told was correct. Came into the store, was told I was misinformed. Asked for a manager, her first words to me were "who did you speak with?" Now who doesn't like someone gas lighting you? As if anyone speaks with someone in the store and writes their name down so you can frame them. So this was what I was told to solve the problem, call back and try again next month. I find Fresh Thyme a very frustrating place to shop. Avoid the area where you can shop for supplements and herbal remedies. It's not worth it.
