Exemplary customer care service, fair business practices
I had an amazing experience with an agent, Killian, who went above and beyond to assist me while showing exemplary patience, understanding, and kindness (qualities that are, unfortunately, rare in customer service today). Also, at that time I was undergoing brain injury treatment and when some other credit card providers were repeatedly reporting incorrect balances to the credit bureaus, and these errors hurt my credit score due to high utilization rate alone, Canadian Tire Bank was the only institution that stepped in and offered me a credit card at very reasonable rates, unlike some who are predatory loan sharks. They also assured me that as soon as my score improved, they would be happy to increase my limit, which they did. I highly recommend it!
