Excellent attorneys and staff.

The past year has been extremely difficult for me. My 87y/o mother was viciously assaulted by three nurses aides at the ALF that I trusted to look after her well being. When I was allowed to visit (Covid lockdown). I found her with physical bruises all over her body and the psychological trauma that changed my mother into an infant and led to her demise. I reached out to Senior Justice Law Firm. They promptly returned my call. I was slow in the decision to proceed because I wanted the company closed down and employees put in jail. I realized none of what I wanted would occur because the system has failed. Discussions continued and I finally agreed to pursue. The attorneys were supportive regarding my emotional state of mind which gave me confidence. Mr. Will Sarubbi guided me throughout the process. His legal assistant also was available to me. Will listened to all of my concerns and I believe he empathized with the pain and anger I felt. He has been kind and caring. He is an excellent/intelligent attorney and I put my trust in his judgment. I thank him for a positive result. In the future I hope to see his name associated with the closing of these major companies that own the ALF’s.
