Hopefully it is just a one time issue
Usually I am happy and have no issue with snusdirect. But this time I had to wait 1 week without hearing anything from them, so I contacted them. The support agent told me that they were missing some products from my order (which they never told me about) and therefore were delayed. We agreed that he was gonna switch out the missing products and ship it the next day. I was also offered a voucher as a compensation for the wait time. The next day I got a message from my bank that the money was refunded for the order, and the order was cancelled without informing me. I had to reorder and of course, the voucher I got as a compensation wasn't valid. Luckily I paid for fast shipping, so I have received the order now, 2 days after second order and 1,5 weeks after initial order.
