I'm no tech expert so fancy terms and instructions would be useless on me. The Heart team are always extremely lovely and helpful and gave me instructions in plain English in a way I could follow them. I was concerned through past experience with other companies, when I saw a ticket system for support BUT I was answered really quickly and efficiently and transferred to a phone call to make things easier. By far the best company I've dealt with.
