Very rude / poor customer service
I had a similar experience as another post. My account was locked when I tried to make a purchase on their website. I reached out to support to have my account unlocked and this was their reply.... Regrettably, after further investigation, we’re using our discretion and will not be re-enabling your account. I have no idea what this is about...do not use them. If you have an issue with anything they will not help you at all.
