Edit: Maria from the Trust and Safety Team contacted me after receiving this review ave refunded my money. I had tried Green Chef years ago & forgot. That's how my payment info was even there for them to charge. It was a big misunderstanding. I appreciate the understanding & the refund. I've already gotten my money back. Really terrible experience. I was looking over the menu, considering signing up. I did not proceed, as I am not ready to start a meal delivery. I was charged at 230 am for the order, while sleeping I called to cancel account and request a refund. They refused to refund even though it wouldn't be delivered for 5 days. I will not be doing business with them again
