Good & efficient support.
I had an issue with a loose wire on a cable for a brand new RM850x. A support rep by the name "Raton S." was quick to help and get a replacement cable sent out. The only reason it took a few days was because of myself being slow to respond. I have had a few issues with Corsair products in the past but it's always been resolved by support like this and that has made them my go to for these kinds of products.
