Not a happy loyal customer
First of all, during the lasted survey that I tried to respond to was more than frustrating. I was in the process of explaining my last purchase with them and it was very detailed. Only to send and complete the survey I was told my time to complete the survey ran out. Total BS. The new Rewards program is very disappointing. Rewards were unable to be scanned in store. Trying to have the cashier enter the reward manually at register and myself trying to add to an online order failed. The newest reward, $10 off with a purchase of over $40 in two visits, never happened. When I inquired, I was told that I didn't meet requirements. This after I showed them the receipts of murchandice purchased under the allotted time frame. I missed out on over $15 in rewards. I want to continue being a loyal customer. That will be determined by how this review is handled. I do not expect a response. I may use Amazon, other online purchasing for my merchandise.
