Poor Management
We’ve been living in block of flats under this company for 13 years. The service charge is almost doubled over years but service getting worse. The most common answers to our queries are “we don’t have a budget for this or there is nothing more we can do as Managing Agents to enforce this”. Our communal area (back garden-patio)is never get cleaned. Green algae that builds every year is so bad. When we asked management when they are planning to clean the communal area with pressure washer their reply was “I am sorry but there is no budget to clean the area of moss and the Director does not agree to clear the areas at the back often as it is so expensive” We ended up buying our own pressure washer for £100 to clean the communal area because we refuse to live in dirty communal area. Waste issue in our block that was reported years ago and this is their reply to our complaint-“I do understand it is very frustrating but there is nothing we can alter to change this. “ They actually can but only when we escalated our complaint to Waste & Environment Technical Officer. Motion light in communal area that’s had faults was reported in June , month later electrician came and switched it off completely, management keep saying they will fix it but it has been over 4 months and the motion light is not fixed. The parking issue at our block that was reported many times also not solved. They don’t even respond to our emails anymore. If you really looking for a company to take care of your properties this is not a company to rely on. Very very poor service.
