Unreliable
We called Parker and sons and were told they would be at our house between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm today. We waited all day and nobody showed up or called. We called them at 2:30 and were promised someone would be arriving by 3:30 p.m., or if there was a problem they will call and let us know. Nobody called or showed up.They seem to think they can bite the hand that feeds them
