Kreditkarte gut - Service 0 Punkte

Ich nutze die Kreditkarte schon mehrere Jahre. Das Produkt ist in der Leitung gut bis sehr gut. Braucht man jedoch einmal den Service persönlich, über Mail oder Telefon, ist man aufgeschmissen. So verliert man Kunden, da das Angebot auf dem Markt groß ist. Schade.
