House purchase review
Victor Michael was the agent dealing with a recent house purchase. I've dealt with many agents in my time - some good experiences, often many quite bad - but Victor Michael were exceptional. George Athanasi was our point of contact in what proved to be a very difficult transaction due to the property being a probate situation with a number of squabbling siblings. George dealt with the sellers with real professionalism and was able to solve disputes when they couldn't themselves. This purchase could have proved a real nightmare if it hadn't been for him - he was cool under pressure, always kept us informed of a very fluid situation and always available to talk and advise. When we end up selling it's an easy choice which agent we will be going to see about selling it for us. Excellent agency and excellent agent. Thank you
