If I could give them a “0,” I would. I purchased three jerseys from them. The sizing is totally off. They advertise free exchanges and it took over a month to get one of the jerseys exchanged. I returned the second jersey back to them, never received my exchange. The third jersey I still have because they never acknowledged my exchange request. Customer service is terrible no way to really get a hold of them. They do not respond to emails or the chat function. I tried to reach out multiple times. Now I am stuck with two jerseys that don’t fit and one jersey I paid for, sent back and got nothing back in return.
