Customer Service Do Not Respond
I have filled in a couple of online forms for an operation that I need to have. The web site says that they will get back to me within one working day. I sent the first form on the 5th December and the second one about two weeks ago; I have still not had a response. I have now had to contact a different private health care provider as Nuffield could not be bothered to respond. I won't be wasting my time contacting this organsiation again!
