Very disappointed with this company
Booking experience great. Very helpful agent Bobby. After care not great. How can a cruise company not know how much they paid NCL on our behalf for cruise portion of our Mauritius to Cape Town cruise. NCL agreed to pay via the agents a refund for 2 days lost on our cruise due to problems. We booked a Balcony cruise but the refund we received was a lot less than others received for an inside cabin. Despite sending many emails Infinity could not tell me how much the cruise portion cost. They have now ignored my last email. Very disappointed with this company.
